Pros
The fan is fairly quiet. It's very quiet and it's an energy sipper. The compressor sips the power and is very quiet, especially in eco mode.
The top of the big compartment is generally about 10 degrees warmer than the bottom. The smaller compartment generally is about 20 degrees warmer. The temperature stability seems very good, staying within a couple of degrees of the set temp.
Customer service was above and beyond expectations. I use the heck out of them and they preform very well. Have had this unit about two weeks now and very pleased with it.

The fabric cover is awesome. The “black tape / reflective mylar” appearance is kinda cool in an apollo lunar module kinda way.
Cons
As soon as the sun goes down the low battery error message appears. Must unplug cooler to reset error conditions.
It is unsafe to use for perishables, and is not appropriate to use as a refrigerator. Food begins to spoil at 40 degrees, so it lets your food get to the danger zone temperature constantly. Not recommended for dairy products.
