Pros
They cool my off instantly and for at least 35-40 minuet. This product keeps me cool longer and does not drip or make me feel wet. Works (colder with real ice), helps while working in a hot environment.
The ice packs come as flat strips, that you lay in water, and they fill/puff up. The pillows of gel become quite bit after soaking. But it has 5 other ice packs that you can rotate with.
Gives a bit of a colonel sanders look. As i am approaching thirty years as a professional cook, i now find myself working in one of the hottest kitchens i've ever worked. It provides so much relief!
Cons
No means of fastening it other than to tie a knot in it. There was no liquid in the ice sheets. Nothing to freeze. I'm fortunate if it lasts 45 minutes.
Very cheaply made. Useless product.
Not re-usable at all. Not eligible for return or refund. According to amazon, this product cannot be returned.

He just put it in the freezer for a little while it worked for a couple of hours when it needs to be refrozen he just takes it off puts it back in the freezer
