Cons
This is not insulated at all. There was no liquid in the ice sheets. Nothing to freeze.
The fabric is so thin and flimsy. No means of fastening it other than to tie a knot in it. Recommend more of a modal/cotton material w stretch instead.

Good news is they include 6 ice inserts so you can switch them out but then were talking 45 hours at best

To get it to stay on i did use a snap press and add a few snaps

For the price it is more affordable than the bandanas that just dont seem to do anything and arent much more than a glorified wet bandana
