I was kind of doubtful when i was reading about it i just couldnt figure out how this was going to work the description needs a little help as his product is definitely worth the money i recently hurt my lower back towards my hip and i love these wraps are ice packs or whatever that you put on you got to sit there and do whatever with this particular one you dropped the ice pack would you can pick up at any drugstore outlet and you place it in the band pocket

Too bad it does not come with the inner thing for the freezer but i had a couple of those and i think you can get them at target if not on here
