Light comfortable to wear and with small but relatively easy to use controls they are an ideal substitute for dashcams just put them on when you go on road trip and youll be able to keep a video record of your journey handy if you have an incident en route

I have used them to record processes and inspections also my daughters horse riding able to video with the glasses whilst also taking stills with a traditional camera and also when disassembling a laptop for repair great to be able to play back the video from your own eye view to check reassembly

Still pictures arent very good so its more like a video recorded
