Easy to store in a double freezer bag & easy to get into the strap, no struggle whatsoever. They take up almost no space in the freezer and the soft cotton case is nice too. They remain very flexible as the contents don't freeze solid.

Can comfortably recommend these. They fit perfectly. Great for dental procedures, for migraines, small cuts or scrapes. Even sent home with clients after cosmetic procedures.

Cons

Ice bag gets too cold because it’s too big and the ‘cloth’ is very thin. Also the elastic is too tight. Would not use on your head, knee maybe, but not head.
