Pros

The large sized cubes are perfect and, removal of the cubes is laughable easy. Covers are a little finicky but so happy there are covers.

The ice is decently easy to remove. Everything is perfect, except for the white powdery stuff that was floating in my water after putting an ice cube in. Easy to get out of the tray.

The spheres are a struggle to create. However this is what prevents spillage. Perfect for freezing left over gravy, a batch of homemade stock, bone broth, pasta cooking water and sauces etc.

The large cubes melt a little slower preserving that great bourbon flavor. I use a yeti tumbler for work and these giant cubes are great for having cold drinks all day.

Cons

Ice has white/milky residue floating on top of the drink. Something is leaching out from the tray into the ice as it freezes. This leaves an oily residue on the top of my drink.

The lids are thin and flimsy and do not seal in place. They work better without the lid. Has a dull * onion smell.

I have had other similar ice cube trays before but these are by far the best the ice cubes trays i have ever had

Work much better than another large ice cube mold that i bought from a different manufacturer a round one and silicone is tearing
