While i think i could make the pack and chest straps work the waist pockets were so far back that it was really difficult to get into them

I ran the last half of a race pulling on the shoulder straps together as the weight of the water in the bladder pulled the vest down causing the shoulder straps to slide apart and the adjustable chest straps were too low to stop it from sliding
