Simply drill 2 holes and mount the metal plates. I am fortunate to have a stud wall with timber strengtheners behind the plasterboard which provides a really strong base for the disks.

Cons
Customer services is poor. Usless instruction. Cheap rubbish. Now returned both for refund. First of all, firstly this is not the item that is pictured.
Wall mounts are too close to each other &. Cable tightening * are too small & fiddly to get a real secure taught stretch to hang the tv with. The screws are not compatible.
Provided are practically useless as they fail to hold cable securely in place. The screws of the clamp are so tiny to start with. No explaination about positioning of holes on the wall.
