This product was recommended by my apn. It is pricey, but if you suffer from this, budget it in. More economical than in local * store.

Best product ever for irratible bowe and constipation. El ibguard es muy bueno para el tratamiento del síndrome de colon irritable (ibs) this product really works for my ibs and sibo.

Capsules 3 times a day. It does just what i want (relieves abdominal pain), but as i take 6/day (2 capsules 3x/day) it's pretty expensive.

Cons

The only thing they've done is occasionally calm down heartburn. Also,the font on the foil is thicker and blurrier than the real product.
