Cons

Caused severe stomach pain after taking 1 capsule, 3x a day. Caused a severe acid reflux attack. If it is new capsule look, it's one thing but if it's knock off - it's another. Just buy a generic kind of these pills that are returnable to a store.

It is shameful that these big companies care so little about their consumers that they will put this garbage in their products. Be careful using products like this, everyone is different. I know it works for other people, sadly not me.
