Some ham areas might be drier and more cured than the rest, still it is highly enjoyable. Perfect point of freshness. Easy to find serrano hams sold as iberico.

The kit comes with everything you need to get started slicing. Not too dry with just enough fat to keep it moist. After cutting away the fats, about 40% then the meat can be sliced.

The listing is deceptive, and i would like a refund, which is unfortunately not possible with grocery items. It's a scam as they are selling a defective product.
