Pros
Products has no issue but the packaging is aahhhhhh. No complain on product. Good quality product, works like a charm.
Ibell drill * screwdriver is a good product, it is useful for household use. I am electrician,it is very use full to me. Irreversible product but total is good nd the machine is very nyc to use but it is not reversable.
Cons
To my surprise and disappointment and probably due to covid situation the toll free number left unanswered. The company is disgrace.
Replacement drill kitt doen not have even a single attachment. Drill bits where found rusted. Battery gets drained while storing.
