Over all this monitor has worked great for our purposes video is clear and it has some great features other monitors dont offer

The purchased separately mounting kit is very inflexible so it is difficult to find a good location you essentially need to place a surface next to the crib that is about the same height as the bars to sit the camera on but even then you may not see the babys head if down close to camera

This causes limitation though because i have to remember to plug it back in to use it
