The price difference between the aluminum neverrust and plastic versions is so small there is absolutely no value in buying the plastic version

Its also fast and easy to remove the arlo from these mounts for recharging batteries without messing up the angle of the camera

With the plastic version even after tightening it as far as i dared the camera would easily be bumped out of position
