Harlan coben is the master of the fast-paced thriller. Coben writes in a very straight forward way and i love that. Harlan never disappoints!
The plot is exciting. It’s like a tamer version of james bond movie; or a cartoon. In the meantime, there are the afore-mentioned twists and turns, dangers, and risks.
Cons
Harlan coben is a superb writer, and this author is not. There are very slow and uninteresting sections of “reflection” throughout this book. It wouldn't shock me if this was a james patterson situation in which someone else did the heavy lifting.
The premise is that, based solely on a background photo of an presumed dead child, the child must be alive. Another child was murdered and swapped for the victim.
