Pros

This buy is out of the box for beginners and makes learning fun and enjoyable. Comes with patterns and teaches you how to use it. My grandkids use them with ease. I hope to update in the future hopefully that update will be all positive.

Addi machines are very sturdy and well made. Comes with * to clamp it to a table. Addi stoppers, * -these work incredibly well!

Only problems i see with it is she’s been chopping down so many truffula trees to knit her thneeds because it knits so fast. After you knit 3-4 rows, the process is definitely smoother. Both addi machines allow you to use almost any yarn with it.

Makes beautiful hats and headbands. I use it to make infinity scarfs and hats. The king size is worth the money, i think both will be handy once i learn flat panel knitting. Makes great hats.

Cons

The smell of burnt plastic is also strong. Dropped the first few stitches.

Yes they are higher than the cheap knitters but you get what you pay for

I was nervous about shipping from overseas to usa but it got here 4 days earlier and in perfectcondition even better than local deliveries

I was shocked at how quickly this was shipped from germany

I was able to contact the seller and they immediately shipped my missing part

Thank you ucoomy for the best shipping experience ive ever had from amazon and we have an amazon distribution center 5 miles from my house

Packaging/appearance

Packaged well and i love the two machines

I searched the boxes but it isn’t here and it was wrapped well in plastic so it must have happened during production

I ordered 34i want it all34 addi package the smaller express and the larger king along with 3 books

Everything arrived in perfect shape and i cranked out a hat in about 30 minutes

Competitiveness

Yes it is more expensive than the sentro but you get what you pay for in this case

I had a bad experience with my last buy on one of the off name brand model
