Pros
The genius is in its simplicity of design and functionality.
The otter clasp holds a large phone in an otter box that measures about 3. Inches. Fits the samsung note 2, only horizontally though. Will work well for most phones and even a large gps - but buy at walmart.
It works as advertised. Good price. Easy install. And it works beautifully.
Cons
Clip is so flimsy that it broke in my hand while i was attatching the garmin. Any driving motion knocks the mount off the dashboard.

When i add my mophie battery back case to my phone it does not hold the extra weight very well over bumps and such although i havent tried to tighten the ball holder yet since that makes it harder to rotate
