Pros

Purchased for my boyfriend whose sciatic issues are exacerbated from long hours of sitting in a chair. Cardboard is recyclable, so don't ruin my purchase by trying to save a dollar.

When coupled with good posture it helps me avoid upper and lower back pain. It also helps quite a bit with my hip pain. Secondly, i want to give my size because it may make some difference in how this cushion works.

Cons

Cushion is flimsy, has little padding and almost no support. The fabric is very scratchy, so it's not nearly as comfortable if your legs are sitting directly on the fabric. The net-like plastic covering fabric is extremely irritating.
