Pros
It's a great replacement for my 2010 sonata's vanity mirror. It's not the same material of the original ( it's vinyl clad & not cloth) but the colour matches well.
Cons
The visor installs properly and the light works, but the material is a hard plastic, the air bag warnings that are on the original are not there. The extender to block out sun across a wider area isn't there.

Pop off the cap unscrew 2 screws and unplug the vanity mirror light cable

Thats actually the bit that took me about a minute the plug was kinda complicated

As previously mentioned the outer fabric is not cloth but plastic
