For one the surround sound toggle was removed in favour of a battery notice. Hyperx is no longer as good as it used to be. Returned after less than an hour of use. Headset costs $99.

The sound is high quality and the headphones are built sturdy

First pair of these lasted 2 years of 34 hour use nearly every single day before one speaker started going out
I didn’t need to charge these even after weeks of frequent usage

Overall i think its a solid package with no frills for this price range
Sound quality is quite good for the price range
I got them out of the box at 80
Value for money is why i bought another pair of these

Which is also great i bought that one directly off the hyper x site and like amazon they were delivered quickly

Product is great and better then the last headset i ordered from this brand
I bought the cloud alpha to replace these and voices just do not sounds as good on it compared to the cloud iii

My only issue is that when you use the muteunmute button on the headset it emits a very sharp and very loud popping noise

I hope to get in contact with hyperx support when i have the time to figure out if its a cable issue or just an issue in general with the overall headset
