The software that is supposed to be used to change the built in password is useless. I change password and at login without fail enters wrong password every time. Sadly, this item is flimsy and cheap.

It has a button at the end that glows green when active so you can tell immediately if its working or not

It might be hard to get a good grip on it to remove it from a usb port so it doesnt surprise me that it might break that way after a while

For those who are concerned about its fragile i would recommend carrying it separately but i think the touch button on the very end makes it a very functional option for laptops
