When i ran out of these pills for a weeks or so, i noticed my stools getting significantly harder, packed if you will. The packaging is nice and the pills are easy to *. It is not like hard and big pills like other brand.

Cons

Half the pills, half the strains, same price. Which sure sounds a lot like marketing bs for half the pills. The barcode on the bottle even says probiotics for men.
