Pros
No needing mom to keep track of the pages and bind for them. My granddaughter age 9 loves that she can draw a cover for her stories. Covers make them easy to distinguish.
The cover is sturdy and the pages are tight. The colors are vibrant and the paper is really sturdy. Great rainy day project. Perfect for quick sketches or to use as journals.
Cons
It is thin and bleeds through. Definitely not for paint or markers.

Just came in feels like legal paper folded in half and stuck in a legal sized construction paper

You can make this your self but the sized might be a little off

Not a necessary purchase but still good if you dont want to hunt for legal size construction paper and legal size white paper and then have to make it your self
