Pros
This is worked really well. It delivers what it promises. This item is on outo shipment because i go through it very fast.
I drink this right before or during my cardio sessions, and it definitely helps keep me hydrated & super-energized. Keeps my electrolytes in balance so it reduces my leg cramps.
Cons
This is truly awful. It is supposed to be unflavored. For me, it’s just not necessary (especially vit c and citric acid which is usually low grade unless specified) or what i want in an electrolyte supplement.

If you are an athlete with a sensitive stomach and have difficulty picking electrolyte flavors that wont make you cramp i recommend the 34unflavored34 electrolyte powder by hrdwrk

I typically don’t drink electrolyte drinks like gatorade or powerade because the syrupy flavor is too much and if anything they need watered down
