Pros

Comes as a tiny kit, with a generous amount of teflon tape and instructions. Installation is fairly easy, although it's not the prettiest addition to anyone's shower. It holds all of our town-main water pressure without leaks.

This is a great alternative to flossing for people (like me) who never remember to actually floss. My dentist has always been impressed with my home hygiene routine. Had meat and fish in my teeth, seeds and nuts.

Nice a rugged. This works well. The benefit is well worth the purchase. This model is an improvement in function and appearance.

Cons

Fan-shaped flow of the nozzle means it does nowhere near as good a job as a waterpik. The hose is about a foot or two to short for my shower and it is difficult to use. No happy feels like water from hose.
