I did have to cut the straw because there was no angle and it hit the bottom of the bottle preventing the water from coming up.

The only reason i gave it 4 stars (and not 5) is that the listing is misleading.

The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because it sweats meaning water gets all on the outside when you put ice water in it but that's with a lot of plastic bottles.
