Pros

Compared to bottled electrolyte water, this has much more electrolyte, plus apple cider vinegar, colorings that are natural and good for you. Tastes really refreshing but the flavor is something you need to acquire the more you drink.

This pack comes with two pouches of variety flavors and each one is just as good. The flavors are tasty. I highly recommend that you dilute it more than the stated 16oz.

Essential elements hydration packets have zero sugar and 15 calories per serving.

The hydration packet has electrolytes that i need to replenish after running. Well engineered packaging saves users a ton of time. The asv is very strong in these packets.

Cons

Nuun and fizz taste much better. Lemon lime is undrinkable.

I would recommend this over gatorade as it has no sugar but still has a good taste

Incidentally thats also 40 more sodium than in an equivalent sized serving of gatorade which has about 270300 so this is a lot of sodium

These also have a decent amount of acv 1500 mg which is more than most of the acv gummies on the market
