Pros

My favorite is the watermelon cucumber, but they're all delish! All flavors are good. Blue raspberry is another favorite.

I mountain bike 3 - 4 times a week and with the heat perspire profusely. Hiked in desert. Recommend, too pricey in this form for daily exertion.

Easy to store; easy to share. Great for getting your electrolytes. A bit pricey, but worth it. Tried several of the hydration powder competitors.

This product supplies a superior electrolyte replacement option. It is a big plus that the product uses stevia, not sugar, as a sweetener. They defiantly aren’t sweet like soda or juice, and that’s exactly how i like it.

This product had been voted best nutritionally by several sites. These are for rehydration and not everyday drinking. Works great to treat diabetic dka symptoms quickly.

Cons

There must be some bad ingredient in hydration. Nuun and fizz taste much better. All 3 flavors are awful! Felt like throwing up.
