Pros
The insulator itself is a side note for this review. Have not tested its insulation effectiveness as of yet. Works well to keep the water in the hose cold, when it would get warm without it.
Osprey hydration pack has a two-piece design. The stitching is subpar, but it does what it's supposed to.
Cons
The reason for the low rating is because the stitching came undone and i had to resew it. Way too tight for a standard size camelbak tube and poor stitching.

I already had an insulation hose on my camelbak but wanted to get one that matched better

Unfortunately there was an issue with the replacement as well also too large of a diameter so i let them know that it still didnt fit as expected

For 10 i made it work with a couple zip ties especially because i had to cut it to fit my inline system
