Pros

This blue cover combined with a grey cordura cover looks nice with my pack. A nice tight fit around my platypus hose, there was about 2 inches of extra material so there isn't hose exposed.



Cons

Quality isn't that good and not insulated at all. Water freezes at about the same temperature as without the sleeve. Frayed after two uses, then ripped. Ended up having to try and duct tape it on.

    It covers the tube completely but i had to rig two zip ties on the bottom to keep it in place

    The company makes a much longer material but you cannot cut it because the seems will break

    This isnt a fitted cover like youd get from the factory its a flat piece of insulation that has been folded in half and sewn together

    Not sure if i did it wrong or not but the process of sliding it on the hose was painfully difficult

    Plus the stitching started coming apart along the seen seam as i was installing it but i was able to sew it back up to my acceptance
