The belt is really cushioned and comfortable. The inside of the belt has an orange cushion like a tiny pillow, which is great to prevent chafing. Very comfortable, sat on waistline well.

The belt fits snugly and comfortably on the hips. It fits securely around you waist and is adjustable for my growing belly. I'm petite 5'3 129 lbs - this fit perfectly and comfortably.

The belt is awesome but the buckle that holds it on your waiste is everything so when that breaks, you're *. If it doesn't carry my phone it is useless for me.
