These are great plugs. They look beefy and not one bit flimsy.
I have it set up to be removable and wanted to use it on the front or rear hitch mount. Ordered these to provide quick connector power at the rear of my truck for powering the winch on my trailer.
Takes a heavy duty 30 amp crimper to get them securely installed. Easy to crimp and soder the 1 gage cables.
The connection between the two units seem to be solid and i did not have any loss of voltage when i put a meter on them. Ended up running welding lead wire from one of my two batteries on truck and used these to connect/disconnect.

Please keep in mind that in order to get a good crimp you would need a hydraulic crimper otherwise like some people on here you will deform the connectors and the crimp will not be all that sturdy

If you havent used these watch the youtube video showing how to properly crimp on the connectors and insert them in the housing or you will have problems
