In hybrid strength training, danny kavadlo lays out the rationale for incorporating both bodyweight and external weight training into an unparalleled fitness experience. This comes out in his workouts, his cues, and his dietary advice.



Cons

This book is probably good for beginners but not good for intermediate weight lifters. There’s little if any flexibility in the programing or how to set up weekly progressive overloads. Most of the book is just tutorials on basic exercises.
