Hylamist is fantastic in two ways. Opens up your nose almost instantly. Full disclosure, i know some people at the company, but that's not why i'm rating this so highly.

Really clears up breathing when nasal passage awoken due to dryness or allergies. Helps alleviate nasal congestion to a significant degree, too.

It is really good at moistening the inside of my nose especial at night and during dry hot days. I actually keep mine in the refrigerator so that it's cool when i spray it into my nose as this cools things down a bit when i need it.

Hylamyst moisturizes my nose when i am using an antihistamine. Lo utilizo durante las mañanas y antes de acostarme. Helps with dryness.

This product that is supposed to moisturize does just the opposite! Dried my nose out and led to nose bleeds. Tried using this everyday before bed, didn't relieve the dryness at all.
