Pros
Will defiantly be buying more of these for my office and kids room. They are compact and clean looking. Will definitely be buying this brand again.
My monitor is mounted to the wall securely. Mounts to a single stud. Comes with a full plastic covering plate that clips on the sides and hides all of the screws.
Sturdy. Very decent price. Surprisingly sturdy for the price. Feels solid. The quality is good!
Cons
The mount sags even for a light weight monitor, not at all sturdy. The screw holes for the mount arms are so large that by tightening them, the holes do not line up with the holes in the tv.

The more expensive mount left one screw exposed

There is assembly required however it is very minimal and has to do with it being a universal mount
