Pros
Takes about 2 hours to settle in and get numb. There is a cold, burning sensation while the gel is on the skin, but there was no sensation when i had my tattoo done.

Otherwise the product did the job as described and lasted a little over 3 hours for me
Price
The price is much better for the effects you receive as well
I am using this for neck and back tattoos but the price seems high

It lasts a few hours so dont expect it to work through an entire 4 or 5 hr piece

My tattoo artist decided to test if it would work after 30 minutes with saran wrap it barely did for shading and that was with broken skin
