I am all about the climbing side of this device but honestly the bike side is pretty lacking

I’m kind of ok with that since we really got it for the climbing aspect since my bf and i are rock climbers but definitely don’t buy this if you’re looking for a good stationary bike

The knob to adjust the resistance on the bike loosens back up right after you tighten it
