Great for heading to the rang and taking several fire arms to try out. This one does that flawlessly. Perfect for the grandson when he goes to play with his friends.
Longest firearm for this case is a 40-inch mossberg 590 shotgun. Enough packs to secure tons of mags and ammo. Holds two rifles, two handguns and about a dozen magazines from 10 to 30 rounds.
This is as advertised, worth the money, durable. Cannot speak to long term durability yet but certainly appears to be rugged. Durability of this is excellent.
Backpack straps are well padded and comfortable to carry with. Nice heavy padding throughout. Great shoulder straps and the thing is well padded/durable.
Pockets are spacious for clips and some ammo. Extra strong velcro on the pockets to hold everything on large enough to carry rifles with optics. Plenty of room in the pockets for accessories.

The case was enclosed in plastic and as i untaped the plastic there was a heavy odor of ammonia

When it arrived i thought about selling it on craigslist until i tried to put my two carbines into the bag

If you need a case for a longer rifle it is probably too short
