The plastic is hard and durable. It has minimal flex, joins feel solid and it has been sealed well. Overall quality is good, with a smooth white plastic finish.
Cable is around 3m long with a moulded plug and is actually quite thick. The cable is a decent width with a rubber grommet at the socket end. It has 3 metres of cable which is a plus as most extension seem to only be 2 meter.
The usb-c socket supports fast charging. It charges quickly and helps straighten out the rats nest on the floor. Good blend of plugs and usb chargers to allow power to 5 devices but with a reduced footprint.
Huntkey branded extension lead is sturdy and fabric coated. The lead is usefully long - better to have more than you need than the reverse.
Cons
Usb ports are temperamental. Tried different definitely working usb leads but to no avail. Overpriced extension with little surge protection.

In my opinion the price is fair for what you get

18watts is the fast charging threshold available to many modern usb c devices
I used this on my pixel 5 and it fast charged my phone just fine
Competitiveness
I think it represents good value although it is not without competition in this price bracket
