It’s not a “ceiling hugger” by definition but is plenty close enough to be considered one. Remote control is a godsend. Rather touchy affair especially if also balancing on a step stool.

The storage space is far better for easy placement of the reciever. The blade attachment bracket is a poor design. I'm beginning to think i'm gonna have to tear this hunk of junk off my ceiling and replace it.

That is the part that * me off the most. I'm very disappointed because the return/exchange time had expired.

The noise level is bad. Requires noise cancelation buds to be anywhere near it.

These are an absolute waste of money. Folks, don't do it. Would never buy hunter fan again. Not with the price. However, not hunter.
