Pros

The best crock on the market for someone in search of zero plastic or shady materials. It looks classy in my kitchen (and it hides the scoby, which my husband doesn't like looking at) it works wonderfully for making kombucha.

The spout works and doesn't get clogged like other lesser quality products. It's so easy to decant the kombucha and then refill it with the new batch. You don't need to use sloppy siphons with this product.

I have other continuous brew kombucha vessels but this one came with the sturdiest spigot. Love the simple design and sturdiness. The size (5 liters) means the vessel is easy to carry and store.

The spigot is well made and a real game changer when it comes to bottling your product with ease. The stainless steel faucet included with it makes bottling so easy. This little fermentation jar is perfect for a one-gallon batch of kombucha.

Overall, a great product, almost a work of art, and fantastically good service. I highly recommend the investment; down the road it pays back. What a fantastic company.
