Pros & Cons
Cons
The chair has no locking backrest, which means you cant lean back and let the actual chair support you. Much of the backrest tension is apparently supposed to come from your arms resting on the armrests.
I work at gsa, and my government agency purchased 4,000+ of these unfortunate chairs. Please do not buy this, do not support them. Do not harm your self or your employees with this garbage chair.
The other reviewer is right - this chair literally rejects you. Isn't that ridiculous?
Highlights
Quality
The most unique feature of this chair is the ability to recline and still have adequate support to see your monitor
This is by far the best chair ive found and this is almost entirely due to the reclineheadrest mechanism
I had one of these chairs for 7 years and there was never a problemeven the fabric showed almost no wear
In the 8 years ive owned these chairs 2 have needed to have the arms replaced due to the material cracking
Price
The replacement arms cost 60 and were worth the price
Much cheaper than buying a replacement chair
Competitiveness
The lowerbacklumbar support is aggressive when compared to other chairs mainly because its intended to be used while reclined

Comparatively the steelcase chair is just 34too much34 too many knobs and levers in order to get into a comfortable position which i never actually found for too many moving parts that dont really add to the comfort level

First let me say that if you dont spend much time reclining in your office chair then this is the wrong chair for you
