The adjustable armrest is incredibly ergonomic allowing the choice to use this chair with different desk heights or to forgo arm support all together humanscale has replaced the older version of this chair with a new one that remedies the faulty armrest problems people have complained about

I dont quite understand this criticism because the seat and backrest can be easily adjusted forwardback or updown respectively thus eliminating this problem fairly easily

The coolest thing is the headrest dont ask me how it works but it is out of your way when you sit upright but when you recline it adjusts your body angle so that you are still looking straight ahead not at the ceiling as one normally would

The chair is not cheap but since i spend alot of my day in it i dont mind spending the extra money
