Using these on cloudy days prevents those symptoms. The uv light helps with that and overall health by substituting for the lack of sunlight. I use acids and retinol products on my face and body for anti-aging.
I get pretty desperate between november and january when the darkness triggers negative feelings. The ear plugs are snug now.
