Pros

Taste is decent, consistency is pretty thick, like jam. Not too chalky or thick. Flavor is delicious just like raspberry jelly basically. Berries & pomegranate+.

Huma is the only fuel that sits comfortably in my stomach during road races and triathlons. My stomach has no problem digesting them and they give me plenty of energy. Switched from gu to these while training for my last marathon.
