The casters are very smooth and glide easily. They handle well on a variety of surfaces, including multiple types of sidewalk. They even roll over the gap into the elevator without getting stuck.

The medium is surprisingly roomy and it goes everywhere with me. I take an express bus and it fits perfect down the aisle. Large size good for moving small uhaul boxes.

It folds down compactly. Can fit whole crates of bottled water, big sized paper towels, etc.

The bag is quite eye-catching and aesthetically appealing in addition to being uniquely functional. Also, cashiers or other strangers will ask about it or compliment it literally every time i use it.

However mine is a little collapsed on the bottom corner. When you pull on the handles to go forward, the wheels pull to the side and the bag either pulls away from me or towards me.
