For those working through a plateau, these are great to increment 1lb at a time. Perfect for incremental weights for exercises where adding even 5lbs is too much. Give you that extra mentality for more during a good workout.

They are a safe, rubber material that will not ding your feet or the floor. They make zero noise when using them. I find them cute and endearing.

The plates are a little snug on my oly bar but they do fit. Could be my bar also or because they are rubber and friction is there. The weights fit my olympic sized dumbbells and barbells perfectly and have a nice coating on the product to prevent rust... Read More

These fractional weight plates are life savers. Build quality of plates is great. Overall if you are looking for fractional plates these are a good buy for the money.

These fractional change plates are garbage. They come greasy and don't fit right on my barbells. Was sent only 1pc.
