Only reason it gets 4 stars is because in the morning when using my turn signals instead of just clicking it makes a loud buzzing noise

After ordering the novita ep27 thinking it would fix my hyperflash issue once i converted my mercury mountaineer to led bulbs i thought the novita would work but it didnt
