The straps fall down a lot so you have to make them real tight im lucky i have pointy shoulders at all to keep the straps up more you could safety pin them to your outfit though

For example if you turn the dress to the side you can put one strap over your neck like a halter and it still has the suspenders look and tie the other one around your neck like a bow
